Every week garbage bags are brought out days before pick up at this address and thrown on the ground. Sometimes not even tied. Animals often break in. Garbage blows around the street and soaks into the environment. There is packages of meat, plastic containers, wrappers, bottles, cardboard blowing around and rotting into the ground. Who knows what else. Makes the whole neighborhood a mess and undermines those who care about their fellow people and the environment and such. Seems like a potential health concern.
