Central Ave, northbound, immediately before Great Plane Ave.

There is a storm sewer grate that has sunk down about 4 to 6 inches below the level of the pavement. This presents an extreme hazard to bicyclists. If a cyclist hits this grate, he or she will almost certainly crash.
