A. Pack of dogs terrorizing the neighborhood. This is the ring leader. They come onto other people’s property and kill pets. This dog is typically accompanied by a small black beagle type dog and a medium black dog with brown on his face. I have called BARC about these dogs as well. The owner of the three legged husky needs to keep him under control too. I’m sick of him peeing on my plants.
