Description

Since the major Eversource work on Plymouth and the subsequent pavement repair there is no positive drainage on the even side of the street between 8 and 14. Subsequently there is a thick sheet of ice rubbing along the curb, inches deep in places. Can the street be repaired so that there is proper drainage?
