Plato Blvd Westbound

Plato Blvd Westbound, Near Starkey St, Left Lane

Just past Starkey, East of the railroad tracks, there is a storm sewer grate located TOO LOW in the left lane of westbound traffic on Plato Blvd. This is absolutely destroying the suspensions of travelers on Plato Blvd. It is tantamount to a really bad pothole, and it should be fixed immediately.
