I have a 5yr old this is unacceptable it has been this was sense before Halloween. I also asked them to make sure not to ruin my yard ! As my husband put a lot time and money into our yard which is now destroyed, the city workers said that y’all would be back to fix the problems and repair my yard and driveway. I haven’t even heard a thing from anybody. This is also a public safety issue, because of my driveway and mud that is now my yard. Please contact me and fix this.

Huntsville Utilities was at this address repairing cut power lines due to an AT&T contractor digging at this address. We have notified our landscaping contractor to come out and repair the driveway, and our in house crews will come out to repair the yard next to the cut in the driveway. Once these issues have been completed we will update the ticket.

The driveway is now completed so this request is being closed with the understanding that when the weather conditions dry out the yard restoration will be completed. If the yard restoration does not occur in a reasonable period of time, please open another request.
