A. Smoking at sushi restaurant 400 Sage Sushi. The owner built patio seating right in the middle of the sidewalk, and placed a large canister to discard butts. I am an employee of Amerejuve Medical Spa, and her customers smoke from their cigarettes is coming directly in the clinic. My clients are complaining that the smell is strong and disgusting. She is violating the smoke ordinance.
