Crows are becoming a growing problem and they are ripping into the garbage over there as I write this. Disgusting.

There is about a dozen crows ripping into the side of the bag sticking out from the snow. Won't make Albany look like a very nice place.

Not trying to be a hard *** but it only takes one or two big bags of unwrapped or full of holes garbage to attract the animals that have been reported. Squirrels, cats, crows, skunks (in warmer weather) and who knows what else. If it can make it to Albany it will be there soon enough. The animals rip through it almost weekly as evidenced by the loose garbage that has been prevalent for months. Even in the cold and under snow they know its there now.
