Please know that this intersection and the associated subsidence has been reported since 2012. The problem under the street has caused damage to the adjacent property. As this was caused by a City sewer problem, the City is surely responsible for repairing the curbing, sidewalk, property owner's fence, and yard. It is the same as when the City causes damage by performing a repair, the City is responsible for bringing the area back to original condition.
