DPW Operations assigned this issue to FerndalePD

We work in conjunction with the DPW as they clear their route. We do not have the staff to ticket every car on every street nor is that our objective. All of the other calls for service must be answered during snow emergencies and typically, snow emergency violations are handled at a lower priority. The goal is to get cars to move voluntarily and focus on the most severe problem areas as reported to us by the DPW and fire department. If you want us to come and check a parked car during a snow emergency you should call our dispatch at 248-541-3650 option 5 for the most efficient service.
