Description

At the bottom of Pearl Street one can only make a right turn onto Oakland Avenue. The lane lines on Pearl Street approaching the intersection have deteriorated. Some drivers think there are two lanes on Pearl Street from which to make the turn onto Oakland Avenue, others think there is only one.
