At this intersection, where 2nd street comes from Everett towards Rte.16 is a manhole with a huge piece of asphalt torn out from its rim. In fact, the chuck of asphalt is sitting there earnestly waiting to torment an unsuspecting driver with a flat tire or worse. Please fix. Thanks.
