How can this case be closed, this vehicle is broken down and the owner of this vehicle hasn't apparently had it repaired, hence having a ticket or at least a warning to get it off the street. If it were abandoned trust and believe I would have been called this in. This vehicle is blocking a straight path down the street. Please have someone come out and at least warn the owner at this home to either repair it to working condition or have it towed. This has been past a year.
