Q. What is your area of concern?
A. Pedestrian Signal - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. traffic backup in the morning rush and evening rush hours also their a school couple of blocks from this traffics light making it worst to try and make a left turn
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 6am-9am
