The portion of land the caller mentions is shown on their 1974 survey plat as a “20’ Buffer”. The Tax Commissioner’s web site currently lists the ownership of this strip as:

MACON, GA 31201

It is certain that it is not on any Macon-Bibb property or easement.

That is the same information I had on the previous ticket I submitted (ID: 4961138).

I was told that someone from the Property Maintenance Division would be contacting Liberty Properties and then the ticket was closed. The tree remains damaged and my attempts to contact Liberty Properties has not worked. I submitted a second ticket to confirm that Property Maintenance Division had contacted them and if there was anything further that could be done.

Thank you for the contact information. The tree is not located at 3050 Tiffin Circle. That location is not near our property and is on the other side of the street. The address of the down tree is behind 3071 Tiffin Circle as outlined in the initial submission. Thanks again for the contact info!
