The smell from this open trash site is getting annoying at Left Bank Bar. Can someone from the City please talk to the owners about closing their trash area at night, and when not in use? It looks like they need a bigger trash bin, since they can't close it? Right?? It's full like this always, and they just leave it open for the rats, bugs, and rain to wash it into the residential area. It smells, and it isn't even hot out yet? I'm not sure why this hasn't been sorted, as it's been an ongoing issue for 6 months. Please fix. Also, they employees litter the alley with cigar buts, and cigarette's. Please ask them to clean up their area please.
