There is a dangerous dip on far left hand lane across from 4611 richmond Avenue, This whole street Richmond Avenue needs major improvements, not these fill in the pot temp fills that break apart . we need more skilled worker for paving street and getting this right the first time , tax dollars being spent foolishly
