I called this morning at 7:18am and reported that 4792 Cortland St btw broadstreet and livernois was flooded up too the top grass when I got home from work the man hole was open water going down came in the house use the bathroom the toilet wouldn't flush I heard a nig boom water didn't go down water in the sink coming out brown I called the emergency # the lady really couldn't tell me anything then she said she think it's a water main break!! How would I've would've known if I didn't call something need to be done it's very poor communication!! How long will this take??
