Ruevan aka Ruben is building a condo building at the corner of 20th and Kimball, thus far he has caused $1500 worth of damage to one car, his nails have punctured over 7 tires and he is unapologetic and bellicose when contacted about the damage that his contractors are consistently causing. His actions underline why zoning needs to include a bond or fund to compensate residents for willfull negligence and damage to property.
