This property has been reported before, but don't find any record. The house has man vehicles parked all over the lawn, a trailer filled with trash. Its a disaster and makes our neighborhood look trashy. I don't understand why this can be allowed. Someone in your department needs to drive around Disston Heights to observe how the neighbor is starting to decline because of unkept homes
