On a regular basis, meaning overnight and on the weekends, someone is parked in spot between the High St intersection and my driveway. These makes it difficult to near impossible to safely back out of my garage. I have parked in front of my driveway to combat this problem, but received tickets that I cannot afford. Meanwhile, these other cars are left with perfectly accessible illegal spots that make my life that much more difficult. Not to mention it restricts access for any emergency personnel.
