10th parallels jasmine until it makes a sharp turn to the right. Lets call the address 1017 7th street south and jasmine terrace south, although I think this may be outdated??

Thank you for the additional location information, Tom! This lot at the SW corner of Jasmine Terr S and 7th St S (just east of the property at 1026 7th St S) appears to be City owned - we will send a Sanitation crew to inspect and remove any dumped items. Thanks again! MAC
