Zoning Dept to site. Of course no vehicles were parked along the side of the house for me to see. As far as the fence issue- I could see the cars coming down the hill of 19th Street. The vehicle may "disappear" for one second when it goes behind the fence but reappears quickly. The ends of the fenced area are open so you can see vehicles on 19th street. I will go back to try to catch vehicles parked on the side of the street. You can call the Police Dept if the vehicles are parked along 19th and causing issues. They will make them move the vehicles. dsh

Been to this intersection many times now with no issues. BUT the cars parked along the side of the house have not been there. Closing out this issue. IF the vehicles are lined along the street causing visibility issues, please call the Police Dept. (330-649-5800) dsh
