I have a question about zoning and parking and fencing. I frequently go down this street and the intersection of 19th and Root between 19th & 18th street. on the one side of the corner is a house that parks their cars on the side. While it does look like a possible driveway on 19th st side the cars constantly obstruct the view of oncoming traffic to the left. Directly across the st is a house with a fence that can obstruct the view of on coming traffic to the right. Sometimes a person has to stick far out to make sure it is clear before going through the stop sign.
