Description

A homeless encampment has been established on the walkway next to the amphitheater. Garbage all over the place plus futons and other junk blocking the walkway. These are public areas that are open to ALL Oakland residents and visitors; not just a few troubled people. Please have OPW come and clean this area immediately.
