Location of pipe on city property next to church land

NOT LAFAYETTE!

This document shows the exact location of the pipe break on City of Oakland property. the box with arrow- noted as "EXIST. 18" showing below the margin in lower right side of image near box with these words "SITE PLAN - GRADING, PAVING and DRAINAGE" on lower margin of the plans. that 18" pipe is the one that is failing above the retaining wall which runs up hill from the junction box. at 814.95' elevation.

Still no progress from city of Oakland, Anyone have suggestion for next step?
