This report is for Traver Village Shopping Center; since an address was required I used the address for the bank closest to the sidewalk at issue. The report pertains to the stretch of sidewalk along the west side of Nixon Rd, between Plymouth Rd and Huron Parkway. On the evening of Feb. 13, 2019, there was a thick layer of ice under a layer of snow. It was impassable and looked as if it's never cleared of snow/ice. Is this legal? The stretch of sidewalk includes a bus stop for at least three routes.
