No. It has not. Same cracked one. We out the wheels back on, but dont tell me its been replaced when it has not. And it was sitting out there this morning. I will put it on bertram and b&a again for tm morning. There is a crack on the bottom of it. Due to the recycle guys slamming it so hard they popped the wheel off and cracked the bottom.
