Going towards Walmart on Townsen blvd from the 1960 side. The traffic light takes way too long. It’s ridiculous on how it’s so short, only allowing 1-2 cars go. I literally sat there for 10 minutes trapped in the third spot no where to go. Our light didn’t even change, all lights around were turning. FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE
