Greetings.
There are doubtless many others whose bills for our superior city services are paid electronically. I have discarded so many return envelopes...a sad and unnecessary waste. Is there perhaps some way for you to mark the bill so the envelope stuffer knows NOT to enclose the blue return envelope? Our city has become increasingly aware regarding conservation matters. This would make a small and incremental difference.
