Description

Traffic wanting to turn left at 400 S to 500 W cannot get through light because of backup on 500 W. Only 1 lane turns onto 500 W to enter Freeway. Left lane on 500 W. only goes straight, but people turn right anyway almost causing accidents. Both Southbound lanes on 500 W. need to be able to turn East onto freeway, with left lane also going straight South. Traffic coming North on 500 W. use to have a left hand turn signal to enter Freeway ramp. Not anymore. You take your chance of turning left.
