During the time since we became aware of this complaint, Animal Control Officers have frequented Seaboard Avenue neighborhood in an effort to address the concerns. At no time were any violations observed with respect to “pooper Scooper” law. As such, no enforcement action was taken. However, officers will continue to monitor this location and will address any violations. Please contact Animal Control at 919-831-6311 if additional violations occur.
