44th street west between drew Ave s and Abbott Ave s (Linden hills) is too narrow due to the snow. please add winter parking restrictions to this section of 44th. two cars can barely pass. trucks take up the entire remaining road. people frequently are getting in and out of parked cars and have to enter the road and completely block traffic.
