This has been reported and ignored for years. The only change was some mowing. It doesn’t keep vagrants from sleeping in the doorways. There is no way the building meets codes. Demolition was started back when it was going to be a bank location. That’s who is paying astronomical rent on it now and why the owners could care less. It may be time to get City Council involved.
