Description
I tried to call AT&T. I looked everywhere online to turn this in to Time Warner, AT&T, or AEP. No luck. Line and hardware are disconnected from the pole, not on the ground but just hanging very low above sidewalk. Like someone could grab it if they stood on a car or jumped.
