Opis

The intersection needs a right turn lane. A left turn is not allowed out of the Stewart's parking lot. Traffic is forced to come out of the parking lot and take a left at this intersection. The problem is the traffic backs up behind drivers going left at this long red light. Most drivers want to go right so we are left waiting since there is no room to turn.
