Description

the street light at the intersection of Cherry and Spruce. has been out for over a year. The street light in front of 1045 Cherry St goes on and off all night long. It stays on for one minute then goes off until it cools down and comes back on for one minute.
This end of the 1000 block of Cherry St. is very dark and in my opinion a public hazard.
