Very disappointed that the city does not have a time frame on when this road will be patched. We only get automated responses on here, and when I called, the rep who picked up the phone said there was no timeline that she was aware of. The entire stretch of road is full of potholes that cannot be avoided, and with them being full of water they aren't even visible.

Negligence is when they have been informed and given time to repair, but have not to done so.
