Revival stores its trash bins on Addison continuously. This results in trash on the sidewalk on a regular basis, and it blocks pedestrian use of the public sidewalk. Please instruct Revival to store its trash bins in its own private space, except when out for pick-up.

What did the City do or decide to resolve this issue? Just saying "closed" doesn't explain anything.
In other 311 systems (including San Francisco's), there is a brief explanation, which allows the commenter to understand the action or other resolution.
And as to these trash cans ... while there have been fewer on the sidewalk in the past month (and thanks for that!), they are often out on non-authorized days as shown on the labels.
