New property owner just placed a new wooden fence that is about 6ft tall around the corner and side of there property as turning the corner from Santa Cruz Ln onto 21st Street. Placing this fence blocks the view to drivers as we need to make sure as turning onto either side to make sure its a clear view to make that sharp turn. Requesting* to please address to bring down the fence from 6ft to 3feet. Very dangerous and waiting for an accident to happen! I witnessed 2x's an about to be an accident as both cars almost had a head on. (High fence blocks the view of others turing this sharpe corner) Please handle this matter.
