contractors dug up the sidewalk and into private property as well as damaging trees and homeowner's fence. they have not been seen in weeks. do they have a sidewalk closure permit? are they coming back?

Inspector Juan Martinez investigated the concern at 1327 Mcilhenny St. and found that Center-Point Energy is working at the location and installing new gas line and also repairing gas leaks. it might take a little time to complete the work which will cause inconvenience to pedestrian but this is betterment of the utilities line. Photos attached. No further action is required at this time. Case is closed.
