Hex block sidewalk crater caused by tractor trailer rig on Jan. 3, 2019 remains damaged after over 3 months. This is a regular walking route for school children. Police responded to the original incident, and city crew placed barricades. Presents hazard to pedestrians and is not negotiable to the disabled.
