If 5590751 and 5590791 are duplicates than this should be prior to Guilford Road, not Gorman Road.

This is in Columbia not North Laurel. I would be happy to point it out if needed. Stop light at Guilford Rd. From Murry hill Rd.

Cynthia is correct, this isright before the light at Guilford. Goes across all 3 lanes. Started at least on Friday (which is when I suddenly encountered it).

Our staff temporally repaired this patch. BGE was notified to come back.
