Description
The guardrail itself is intact but the gravel shoulder in which it is set has been eroding for years and now a large portion of it is leaning outward completely unanchored. As much as 100 feet is affected. Any accident in this location could be devastating. The shoulder needs to be backfilled and the guardrail reset.
