This is my 3rd request about the old Sugar Room and the nightclub that is being built to go there. I/WE need to know why is there another nightclub going into that location. We also want to see PERMITS!!!!! I believe the neighborhood was LOUD AND CLEAR about us having a club in our neighborhood after the shooting that happened less then one year ago? Can I/WE get an answer - and not the standard email. Thank you.
