Trash truck blocking street. There was absolutely no reason for the truck to block the street. This driver is the same person who block me last year from backing out of my driveway. He saw that I was backing out but stopped him truck behind my vehicle and refused to move instead of allowing me out. The city needs to train these drivers to respect others on the streets.
