Sharraxaadda

Items placed in right-of-way along side of the road by resident to impede the flow of traffic making it difficult to drive on the road without driving into the ditch. Signage is also placed along the right-of-way which appears as though it is official signage but, appears to be private property signage. Road also, needs maintenance.
