? The complaint? No guessing needed. Go check it out for yourself...look at the photo. This house is an eye sore. It appears to be just one of over a dozen abandoned houses in this area. The boards are no longer attached to the structure. There is garbage all over the yard...#CleanItUp

The forms for each type of complaint is different. The complaint chosen for this, (and all the other issues you felt the need to comment on) don’t require a “description”. If any field was left blank the form would not have been accepted. Look at the prompts above....do you see the word description? It does ask for additional details...as in any thing extra! The City has already acknowledged the complaint....so, I guess you can stop commenting now.

What is your deal? When using the app it DOES NOT require or ask you to describe the photo. Why would you need to describe a photo? What are you mad about? Obviously not the blight on the neighborhood! Geesh! You see the addresses. Make your own complaint the way you want.
