Merely to clarify although, as stated & shown with photos, Mason Street has a flat drain, which becomes covered by street waste/debris, causing the street to flood. My inquiry was if we could have a curb drain such as those found on Hohman Ave & Dyer Street.

I am sorry after looking into this there will be good way to install the other drains you were talking about. Unfortunately it looks like the drains need to be cleared and if the people on the block are not doing it you can contact the Public Works Department and they can send street sweepers through.
