The Allentown streets of 42nd Avenue and South 124th street receive more enforcement attention than many of the problem areas of the city. If an issue is closed is doesn't mean its forgotten. It means it is being worked on with available staffing. This traffic issues have been shared with the PD traffic unit, and patrol units.

Why not really stop the problem and put in some traffic stop lights and remove the flashing ones. Drivers don't pay any attention to them anyhow. Install some traffic lights so that the cars will come to a complete stop and then add some speed bumps in order to keep speed limit under control. I have seen how the traffic is and it doesn't look all that safe.
